... and click the Application configuration link.
App configuration screen
The application configuration screen appears, displaying the parameters that you can control.
Server time zone
This dropdown lets you set the time zone in which your server is located. The server timezone determines most of the time values stored and displayed by the application. The dropdown includes all the time zones in the world.
Server country
The Country dropdown enables you to set the country in which your server is located. This parameter is used for determining locale-specific aspects of the application, such as the default date format and currency symbol.
SMTP server
The SMTP server setting determines the outbound mail server for the application. When an application user sends out e-mail, the message is routed through the mail server specified here. This server is provided by your ISP or company.
Session timeout
This parameter determines the number of seconds that a user's session can be idle before the user is automatically logged out of the application. A setting of 3600, for example, means that the user is logged out after being idle for an hour.
Record import limit
You can set the maximum number of records that can be imported in a given batch. Note that if this number is set too large, imports can take much longer and will need much more memory. It is best to set this limit to at most 5000.
Daily backup time
Using this parameter, you can tell the application that it must perform an automatic backup at a particular time each day. Currently, this feature is available only if you are using the Mckoi database engine distributed with the application.

The backup files are stored in the backups directory under the application's root directory. More information about directory structure is available in this demo.

Daily backup time dropdown
The dropdown shows the available times at which the backup is performed. You should choose a time at which the system is least likely to be loaded by user activity.
Save changes
Click the Save button.
Update confirmation
The application informs you that you must restart it before your changes take effect.
